Scope of this page
This notice describes the public Cortex landing website and its sample interactive preview. The preview displays fictional operational data. Its filters, demonstration agent actions, and booking preview run in your browser; they do not submit your company data to a Cortex tenant. The public documentation MCP endpoint only reads published website pages and cannot access private workspaces or change resources.
Hosting and external links
Serving this website requires the hosting provider to receive network requests, including an IP address and browser request headers. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational logs according to its configuration and provider terms. The landing source does not install an analytics tracker. If a live booking link is configured, following it takes you to an external service whose privacy terms apply. No contact form is provided by this preview.
Before a production rollout
A production privacy notice must identify the legal operator, a privacy contact, applicable retention periods, and any actual analytics, booking, or other processors.
